At Arden students within Computing cover three main aspects; Computer Science, Digital Literacy and IT.

During KS3 students cover all of these aspects over a variety of topics. We believe it is vital that students have the fundamental digital literacy skills that are vital in forever evolving technological society as well as being introduced to Computer Science based skills such as coding and IT based such as spreadsheets.

At KS4 students are given the opportunity to study for a GCSE in Computer Science and/or Cambridge National IT.

Courses offered at KS5 are A Level Computer Science and /or Cambridge Advanced Nationals in IT: Data Analytics
