Arden wins coveted catering award
Congratulations to Angela Berry and her team at Arden who on the evening of 19 March 2015 claimed the coveted title of the LACA Outstanding Catering Team in the West Midlands.
Angela and her team have risen to the challenge of improving and enhancing the dining experience for pupils and staff with the main objective being to promote a healthy lifestyle ethos at the school through the provision of fresh sustainable food and to engage pupils to want to use the onsite modern cafeteria style facilities. The emphasis was to improve student performance and concentration within lesson time, while preparing students for a healthier future by making informed choices about the foods they eat’.
